1:30pm to 2:20pm

Pili Meyer Use the Electronic Conference Room for Effective Communication

Raw data is not compelling. It needs nuance and explanation to help clients make good decisions. Strong presentation skills enable an agent to convey information in a manner that makes sense to clients. The best offer may be sabotaged by a poor presentation. When we did most of this face to face it was easier because we could gauge their reactions. It’s different in a digital world where agents are tempted to just fax or email offers. This class shows how to use that technology along with the strong presentation skills.

Larry Kramer International Sales Panel

What happens to a second mortgage debt after the first lender forecloses and title is cleared? How much will a second mortgage lender demand

during short sale negotiations? What are the new changes to the WA State Deed of Trust Act? We will answer these questions and more.
