Individual testimony is limited to three minutes or less. In order to hear as many people as possible during the 30-minutes set aside for Public Communication, the Council will refrain from commenting on individual testimony until all public comment has been taken. The City Council will allow for additional testimony to be taken at the end of the meeting for those who signed up at the beginning of the meeting and did not get an opportunity to speak during the allotted 30-minutes.
