Kathy Powell
Kathy has been involved in Thurston County Realtor Association for over 20 years and has been an invaluable asset to our association. She has served on may committees and is currently the Secretary for the association. We want to thank Kathy for her continued service to Thurston County Realtors Association!
A little bit about Kathy:
Since 1987, I have worked in the Title and Escrow industry here in Thurston County; first with DeTray’s Homes, then Holdges Real Estate, Builders Realty, First American Title, Transnation Title, and then First American Title again. Currently, I am an account manager with First American Title in Olympia. When I returned to employment with First American in 2005, we enjoyed an exciting ride from being number six in our market to being number one within the first year. I also hold a BA degree from Pacific Lutheran University. My goal is to make the homebuying and title insurance process smooth and enjoyable for my clients.
