The Voice for Real Estate
As the Voice for Real Estate, REALTORS® work at the Local, State, and Federal Levels to represent your business interests, ensuring that Greater Thurston County remains a desirable place to own, build, buy, and sell real estate.
As a 501 (c)(6), REALTORS® are the largest trade association in the United States. This means that you can concentrate on serving your clients and your community, while our Government Affairs Directors and Lobbyists influence policy to protect the real estate profession, industry, and you & your clients' bottom lines!
We diligently advocate to make homeownership more attainable and affordable, while performing with the highest standard of care.
Government Affairs
The TCRA Government Affairs Committee identifies and supports candidates for political office and/or political issues that confirm issues positions taken by REALTORS®.
This committee is also responsible to keep the membership informed of specific political issues that impact the real estate industry.
Government Affairs Committee meetings occur every 4th Friday via Zoom.
