Dues and Payments
2024 dues are $690.00 for renewing REALTORS®
These dues are divided up in the following way:
$201.00 to the National Association of REALTORS®
$195.00 to the Thurston County REALTORS® Association
$294.00 to the Washington REALTORS® Association
Please note:
Act of 2017, requires that the portion of dues attributable to lobbying and political
activities at the Local, State and Federal levels of government be considered
nondeductible for income tax purposes.
of REALTORS® dues are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. $35.00 of
your Washington State dues will be deposited into the Washington REALTOR® Political
Action Committee (Washington State RPAC) as a contribution on your behalf, if you
would prefer that the $35 go to issue advocacy purposes instead you may send us an
email at issuesfund@warealtor.org and the required $35.00 will be directed to our non-
PAC state issues fund.
Dues for all TCRA Members shall be payable annually on the first day of January.
All dues delinquent thirty (30) days or more shall be assessed a $50.00 late fee. If not paid within one (1) month after the due date, the nonpaying Member is subject to suspension at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Two (2) months after due date, membership of the non-paying Member may be terminated at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Three (3) months after due date, membership of the non-paying Member shall automatically terminate unless within that time the amount is paid.
